All orders that include more than one item will be fulfilled regardless of whether there is available inventory to fulfill the order in its entirety. This process does exclude orders that contain pre-order items, as we will wait to fulfill orders until those items have been received.
You (the Creator) will always be notified of the items that are missing from a shipment at the time of fulfillment, so that you can come to a resolution with your customer(s).
If your customer elects to receive an alternate item as a replacement, you can then place a subsequent order for the relevant item(s) from within the Pietra portal, and we will fulfill accordingly.
This process is to make our warehouse as efficient as possible, so that we can successfully meet our SLAs for you and all other Pietra Creators alike.
